What should I wear and bring?
We recommend comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, water, sunscreen, and any props needed for your session. Please remember this is a working farm.

Please email us at events@amberbrookefarms.com. When inquiring, please include the date of intended session, the time of day, total number of hours requesting to book, total number of participants, and proposed shot locations.
We welcome professional photography permits any day our farm is open to the public, as well as private photography permits on days we are closed. Please note, major holidays and nights after sunset are not an option for private photography permits.
We have handicapped-accessible restrooms. Our farms are mostly grass and we have wide grassy lanes between our U-Pick crops for easy access by wheelchair. Our shops have concrete floors, and we have paved walkways between our major buildings at some of our farms. Please note that some areas on the farm are sandy and might be difficult for a wheelchair to pass through.
Any photos taken with a camera other than a cell phone is considered professional photography
All guests are welcome to take as many photos as they would like during normal business hours with their cell phone. Please be considerate of other guests while taking photos.
Drones are allowed only when the farm is CLOSED to the public. Drones are not allowed when our farm is open to other guests. Please communicate with our farm team when booking your private photography session for drone usage guidelines.
The following policies must be followed during all photo sessions, private and public:
- No smoking.
- No food or drink is allowed.
- Animals (except service animals) may not be brought onto the farm.
- Entry is not allowed in areas designated as restricted.
- No glitter, confetti, rose petals (real or fake), or other items to be “tossed in the air” may be brought to our Farm.
- Moving or removing plants (inside or out) or structures that are part of the Farm—such as benches, containers, displays, plant signs, fences, etc.—is strictly prohibited.
- All photo subjects must be fully and appropriately clothed. Swimsuit photo shoots are not permitted.
- Amber Brooke Farms cannot provide a professional photographer, all clients or photographers are responsible for coordinating their own photoshoots.
- Tripods, lights, cameras, and small professional equipment are permitted, however large and intrusive props such as benches and chairs are not.
- Please be respectful of all guests on the farm. Photographers may not require other guests to vacate an area, cut lines, etc. to capture a clients’ photographs. If a complaint is filed against a photographer for disrespectful behavior toward another patron, said photographer will be asked to leave the premises.
We suggest wearing closed-toe shoes, a hat and/or sunscreen, and cool, comfortable clothing. We’ll provide you with containers to pick blueberries and strawberries. We’ll also provide scissors for cutting flowers and bags to transport them home.
When booking your private photography session we require 100% due the time of booking, with a refundable period up to 10 days before the intended photo session. Private photography sessions cancelled with less than 10 days notice are non refundable. Sessions that must be cancelled due to weather can be rescheduled for no additional fees.
