Eustis Birthday Parties

Non-Festival Day
Price: $450 for 20 guests, $15 per additional guest

Festival Day
Price: $550 for 20 guests, $18 per additional guest

Includes:

• 2 hours private party area (pavilion) with a host, (can be booked within the hours of 11am-2pm)
• One meal per person paying
  – Chicken tenders and fries ($3 up charge per person), hot dog and fries with water or lemonade. Option for extra Domino’s package with $25 service fee.
• $100 for additional hour requested at the pavilion area
• Host sets up chalkboard welcome sign, sets up party needs and delivers food/ice cream as needed
• Guests are welcome to stay at the farm until closing after their rental period has ended
• Sunflower express private birthday ride (open to birthday guests only) 

Eustis Summer Birthday Parties

June – August
Price: $600 for 20 guests, $10 per additional guest

Includes:

• 2 hours private party area (pavilion) with a host
• One meal per paying person
  – Chicken tenders and fries ($3 up charge per person), hot dog and fries with water or lemonade. Option for extra Domino’s package with $25 service fee.
• $200 for additional hour requested at the pavilion area
• Host sets up chalkboard welcome sign, sets up party needs and delivers food/ice cream as needed
• Activities: Jump pillows, slide hill, play grounds, cow train, and sunflower express

Williston Birthday Parties

Price: $450 for 20 guests, $15 per additional guest

  – 1-50 people – 5% off
  – 51-100 people – 10% off
  – 101-150 people – 15% off
  – 151+ people – 20% off

Venue Rental
$150/hour

Dedicated, roped-off area for your guests. Personalize your event with your own decorations. Tent rentals are highly recommended for parties for over 100 people. (Available by inquiry, additional book fee may apply.) 

Eustis & Williston

• Your event, your way: Host your event after farm hours or when the farm is closed. With options to book a food truck from our preferred vendors or take advantage of our on-site cafe and bar service to customize your experience.
• Signage at the pole-barn and the front gate.

Hourly Venue Rental

• Farm closure charge (Applies to each hour we must close the farm regular operating hours) – $1000/hour
• Weekday (Month of November or a Monday-Thursday) – $700/hour
• In-season weekend rental (Friday-Sunday) – $1500/hour
• Off-season rental (June-August) – $900/hour

Activity Package Tiers

• Tier 1: Jump pads & slide – $150/hour
• Tier 2: Jump pads, slide, cow train, & sunflower express – $250/hour
• Tier 3: Jump pads, slide, cow train, sunflower express, gel blaster, archery, & gemstone mining – $350/hour
  * Covers staff for gel blaster, archery, & gemstone mining. Host pays separately $7pp for activity.

Hospitality Charge

For events with 500+ guests, a hospitality charge will be applied to cover extra staffing, parking attendants, waste removal, restroom facilities to help your event run smoothly. 

• 500-999 people – $450
• 1000-1999 people – $900
• 2000-2999 people – $1350
• 3000+ people – $1800

Package Discount

Will be discounted off of your event total.

• 4 hour event – 10% off
• 6 hour event – 15% off
• Events longer than 6 hours upon request.
