Join us for a hands-on homeschool day where students will learn how strawberries are planted, explore the farm, and take home their very own pumpkin.

Our strawberry planting is subject to change due to weather and farm conditions. If changes are necessary, an email will be sent our notifying guests.
Step Up Approved
Amber Brooke Farms is an approved Step Up For Students provider. Eligible homeschool families may use scholarship funds toward admission for our educational Homeschool Days.
About Strawberry Field Planting Day
Students will learn how strawberry plants are prepared and planted in the field, what they need to grow, and how our farm cares for the crop throughout the season. Families will also enjoy educational farm stations, a farm tour, and pumpkin picking. Each registered child will receive one pumpkin to take home.
One Pumpkin Included Per Child
Each registered guest will have the opportunity to select one pumpkin to take home.

9:30 AM–10:15 AM | Check-In & Registration
- Guest check-in
- Waiver verification, if needed
- Families receive wristbands and activity materials
- Free time until the welcome begins
10:30 AM–10:50 AM | Welcome & Farm Overview

11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Learning Station Rotations
Families will rotate through the day’s hands-on seasonal learning activities.
Strawberry Field Planting
Learn how strawberry plants are placed in the field, what they need to grow, and how farmers care for them throughout the season.
From Plant to Strawberry
Discover the strawberry life cycle and learn how flowers, pollination, water, sunlight, and healthy soil help produce fruit.
Sunflower Express Farm Tour
Take a guided ride around the farm and learn more about our fields, crops, growing seasons, and daily farm operations.
Pumpkin Picking
Learn about pumpkins and select one pumpkin to take home. One pumpkin is included for each registered guest.
12:00 PM–2:00 PM | Lunch & Farm Fun
After the learning stations conclude, enjoy the rest of your visit around the farm.
- Bring a picnic lunch or purchase food from our Food Truck, which will be open during lunch.
- Enjoy free play on the farm attractions.
- Pick flowers through our U-Pick experience, available for an additional purchase.
- Shop for farm merchandise and gifts in our Farm Market.
Important Information
- Please arrive during the designated check-in window.
- Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended for all farm and field activities.
- Strawberry planting and pumpkin activities are subject to change due to weather, crop conditions, and farm conditions.
- Each registered guest will receive one pumpkin, subject to availability.
- We are a cashless farm.
